Installing NTKDaemon without Rosetta

Problem description

Installer still requires Rosetta, while Native Access and NTKDaemon work on Apple Silicon.

Solution

Patch installer package, adding <options hostArchitectures="x86_64,arm64"/> and removing check in installation script.
