Oxygen Pro 49 setup in Reaper

Set Options --> Preferences --> MIDI Devices

Inputs: OxyPro49
Outputs: OxyPro49

to `Enabled + Control`

2. Set `Options` --> `Preferences` --> `Control OSC/Web` --> Add

`Mackie Control Universal`

  ```
  MIDI IN: MIDI IN3
  MIDI OUT: None
  ```
  
3. Record Armed (press red record button on track)

4. R-click Vu meter on track --> `Input: MIDI` --> [checkbox] `Oxygen Pro 49`
