Enable Symlink in Windows

Requirements

Windows >= Vista

Process

Launch secpol.msc
Add permission Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\Create symbolic links to your user
If your user is administrator:
Launch UserAccountControlSettings.exe
Change UAC level to the lowest level

Enable Cygwin to use Windows symlinks

Add winsymlinks:nativestrict to the CYGWIN environment variable.
