Documentation of Practice/Actual Interview Participation

	Reflection of my interview participation

	During Mod 4 we had multiple occasions to participate in mock interview practice. I really enjoyed how diverse it was. We were given technical challenges to work on, both in JavaScript and CSS. Our instructors also gave us a list of interview questions to prepare for and then we were quizzed on our knowledge. This was probably my favorite part, because we had to provide andswers in front of the whole class, so it was a little intimidating, like it would be during an interview. Yet, we had a chance to prepare for this before, so it was a good experience. I was surprised at how much emphasis is put on communication and how you provide the answer (e.g. no 'I don't know' answers). I will continue working on JavaScript challenges to better prepare for my future interviews.

Post-Grad Job Search Action Plan

	## #1: Job Search Plan: Create a schedule & goals
	1. My 40-hour "work week":
	* Code: 3-4 hours a day, every morning
	* Outreach: 2-3 cold outreach emails/messages per week
	* Research: 1 hour per day, after lunch
	* Network: 1-2 events per week (meetups/conferences/job fairs)

	2. Backwards planning: What is your cut-off for ending the job search? When do you want to receive and sign an offer by?
	Ideally, I would like to receive an offer by the end of October. I have to have a job by the end of the year.
