Reach all requirements of phase 3. Communicate clearly and get the project done efficently. Solidify understanding of JavaScript.
Balance deliberative and activator strengths to get things done quickly and accurately. Encourage each other, build each other up. If we get stuck, have a plan on how to get unstuck.
Be willing to reach out for help with pairing. Communicate before we schedule pairings to make sure we can both be there. Keep communication open to stay on the same page with progress. Be transparent with schedules to avoid conflicts and last minute issues.
Open to planning different times as necessary. Try remote pairing to be able to work individually when our schedules don't match. Plan blocks to meet up on weekend in advance.
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):
Use text and Slack to stay in touch about progress. Communicate about shared pairings. Talk about gits and branches when we commit them and push them.

Try Slack screen sharing. Both get linter Text and Slack for communication
