| ### Define Who You Are & Where You Want to Go | |
| I value helping people with solutions to problems and would like to be in an enviornment that is creative and supportive. I hope | |
| to be at a place that is encouraging personal and professional growth so that I can be my best self. I would like to be able to | |
| grow in a place that has a good work-life balance and where I feel appreciated and am tasked with responsibilities that I can handle. | |
| Must-Haves: mentorship, location, salary amount, flexibility, team culture | |
| Nice-to-Have: benefits, employee perks, tourism industry, company size. | |
| If you could only have five of those things, which five would it be? location, mentorship, salary, team culture, flexibility | |
| Move the rest to the "Nice-to-Have" list | |
| If you could only have one of the things in your list of five, which would it be? mentorship | |
| Prioritize based on how you narrowed it down and identify why they are prioritized in this order | |
| - mentorship because i think the most valuable thing i could get out of a job is learning a lot by someone who knows more | |
| than me and can help me grow. | |
| - location because in my last job i commuted too far and it was miserable - i never want to do that again. Need to be pretty close to home | |
| - salary because i think it's important to feel rewarded to my hardwork and to afford the lifestyle I want to live. | |
| - flexibility because I need to be somehwere that understands thigns come up and you might need to be remote. | |
| -team because it's important to feel like you can rely on your teammates and have a fun culture to go to everyday. |
