Date of feedback conversation: 5/10/2017
How did you prepare for the conversation? I thought about what my intent in the conversation was and tried to stick to that with the
way I was communicating so that nothing was misinterpreted.
How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
I found the conversation to be kind of awkward but fine. I think it's important to get and give feedback so that you can try and fix
things you might not have even realized you were doing. I thought the appreciation feedback was easy but the coaching feedback more difficult.
What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
I tried not to let any triggers interfere with me listening to what my partner was saying. We came to a good resolution and a plan
to finish the project out strong by communicating better.
