- Look at your initial StrengthsFinder reflection that you completed in week 1 -- how have your perceptions of the top 5 themes changed?
To be honest, my perceptions of these themes hasn't really changed. I think they're still very accurate to my character and how I at least perceive myself.
- How are you different today than when you first started at Turing? Where are you stronger now than on day 1?
The only difference I can pinpoint is the technical growth. The values and themes that were there on Day 1 are still the most important to me.
- Considering how you describe these themes, how do you want others to see you as you continue to progress through Turing?
I want people to see me as kind and compassionate first of all, then capable and contributing. I appreciate that not everyone works really well together, but I'd like others to prefer working with me rather than not.
- How might these themes play a role in describing your Turing story?
The strongest connection I could see would be how I form relationships with the community, and also using my acute attention to detail to further excel technically.
- Even though your Turing story isn't finished yet, what do you envision for your development in future mods? How will this story end?
I envision more comfort in being myself and stronger relationships with my cohort. I envision a strong technical foundation and having the confidence that 'I can do it.'
