I'm not sure, to be honest. I've absolutely built and strengthened relationships, as would be expected given my results from StrengthFinder.
Both CONNECTEDNESS and RELATOR are major strengths when it comes to pairing. It's establishing relationships and encouraging the best from people.
More relationships! My strengths of DISCIPLINE and RESPONSIBILITY are already in high gear as deadlines and project requirements are received, so it's the relationships that could be further improved.

Build on your professional story by thinking about how you're progressing at Turing. Answer the questions below in your own gist to use your StrengthsFinder themes to add to your story:
- Look at your initial StrengthsFinder reflection that you completed in week 1 -- how have your perceptions of the top 5 themes changed?
To be honest, my perceptions of these themes hasn't really changed. I think they're still very accurate to my character and how I at least perceive myself.
- How are you different today than when you first started at Turing? Where are you stronger now than on day 1?
I placed div2 and div3 in a span that allowed me to display: inline-block and float: right the entire span so the divs didn't reverse their order when floated.
Directions: Copy this template into your own gist.
- What words or phrases stick out to you? How would you define each of your top 5 talents in your own words?
CONNECTEDNESS - in my own words, reacting to the world and all in contains with an understanding that it is all connected.
