Rem is an extremely squishy support with the lowest base HP in the game (650) and negative melee resist. The gun is weak (61.5 DPS) so this is not a gun carry. Rem excels at enabling allies through Tag Along attachment healing, CC setup with Pillow Toss slow and Naptime sleep ult, and providing spirit resist via Lil Helpers.

Mid Game Total: 12,800 souls
Priority order: Healing Booster > Improved Spirit > Spirit Shielding > Superior Cooldown > Slowing Hex > Rescue Beam
Healing Booster upgrades from Extra Regen and boosts Tag Along healing by 20% (28 → 33.6 HPS). It also upgrades to Healing Tempo later. Spirit Shielding is essential for survivability at 835 HP. Superior Cooldown reduces Pillow Toss to 14.4s, Tag Along to 25.6s, and Naptime to 140s.
| Item | Category | Cost | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Healing Tempo | Vitality | 6,400 | Ally gets +40% fire rate when healed |
| Boundless Spirit | Spirit | 6,400 | +35 spirit, +15% tech power |

| Refresher | Spirit | 6,400 | Double ult in teamfights |
Late Game Total: 25,600 souls
Priority order: Healing Tempo > Boundless Spirit > Ethereal Shift > Refresher
Healing Tempo is Rem's best item. Tag Along constantly heals your ally, which means they have +40% fire rate and +1.25m move speed for the entire 5.5s duration. This is a massive DPS boost for any gun carry you attach to.
Boundless Spirit scales all healing and damage significantly. With Boundless (+35 spirit, +15% tech power), Tag Along heals for ~65/s instead of 28/s base. Ethereal Shift provides invulnerability to survive burst combos. Refresher enables double Naptime in extended fights.

Upgrade Strategy:
- Extra Spirit → Improved Spirit is your first upgrade path
- If you buy Healing Rite early, it upgrades to Rescue Beam
- Extra Health upgrades to Fortitude late game for massive HP
Recommended: Imbue Tag Along (2)
- Duration increases from 5.5s to 7.0s (+28%)
- More healing time = more value
- The T3 hop-off buff duration does NOT extend (it's a separate buff)
Alternative: Imbue Naptime (4)
- Sleep duration increases from 4.25s to 5.44s
- Situational when you need longer lockdown
Recommended: Imbue Pillow Toss (1)
- Adds 20% slow and movement silence to your already-slowing ability
- Creates layered CC: 45% Pillow slow + 20% Hex slow + fire rate slow (T2)
START: What role is your team lacking?
│
├─► Team needs healing/sustain
│ └─► Rush Extra Spirit → Improved Spirit → Rescue Beam
│ Then: Boundless Spirit for max healing output
│
├─► Team needs CC/lockdown
│ └─► Rush Cold Front → Slowing Hex → Knockdown
│ Then: Curse for ultimate lockdown
│
└─► You're dying too fast
└─► Rush Spirit Shielding → Fortitude → Debuff Remover
Then: Consider Ethereal Shift only if dying to specific channels you can't avoid
TEAMFIGHT POSITIONING:
│
├─► Attach to dive carry (Shiv, Abrams, Lash)?
│ └─► Yes: Tag Along before they engage, hop off after 5s for buff
│ └─► No: Stay near backline carry, use Pillow Toss for peel
│
└─► Enemy has fed assassin?
└─► Position near walls for escape, stay grouped with team

|---|---|---|
| Debuff Remover | 3,200 | 30% status resist + cleanse |
| Metal Skin | 3,200 | CC immunity active |
| Unstoppable | 6,400 | Immunity to stuns/slows |
| Item | Cost | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Healbane | 1,600 | -35% healing on spirit damage |
| Decay | 3,200 | -45% healing + %HP damage |
- Rem's gun DPS is 61.5, far too low to apply meaningful anti-heal via bullets
- Healbane (1,600) applies anti-heal via abilities instead
- Requires gun damage to be effective
- Rem has 16 damage per bullet, 13 clip - no value here
- At 61.5 DPS, you'd heal ~10 HP/s with 16% lifesteal
- Tag Along heals YOU for 28+/s just by attaching - use abilities instead
- Requires 165+ damage ability to proc
- Pillow Toss base: 75 damage (no proc)
- Pillow Toss T3: 165 damage (barely procs)
- Naptime wake: 120 damage (no proc)
- Rem's damage is too low to reliably trigger Tankbuster
- Fleetfoot, Long Range, Headshot Booster, etc.
- Rem's gun is a backup, not a primary damage source
- Spirit scaling (1.6x on Pillow, 1.6x on Naptime, 0.44x on healing) far outperforms gun investment
- Naptime wake damage triggers the 0.75s stun after 3s delay
- Sequence: Sleep (4.25s) → wake damage → 3s → stun
- Extends CC chain but timing is awkward
- Consider if you need more lockdown and already have Refresher
- 4s silence, -9 spirit resist for 12s, -30 tech power
- 30% of all damage during silence applied at end
- Better for coordinated burst damage
- Curse has harder lockdown (disarm + item silence), Focus Lens has better damage amp
- Play passive early - 650 HP means you lose most trades
- Use Pillow Toss to secure last hits from range
- Tag Along your lane partner for sustain
- Lil Helpers provide spirit resist aura - stay near ally
- Group with your team's carry
- Pre-attach with Tag Along before fights
- Open fights with Pillow Toss slow → carry follows up
- Save Naptime for high-value targets or counter-engage
- Your role: keep the carry alive and enabled
- Tag Along T3 gives +15% tech power, +35 spirit for 10s after hop off
- Attach → hop off → carry has massive buff for fight
- Naptime + Refresher = 8.5s of AoE sleep in one fight
- Enable Combo: Tag Along ally → wait 5.5s → hop off → ally gets T3 buff
- Lockdown Combo: Pillow Toss (slow) → Slowing Hex → Curse → Naptime
- Save Combo: Rescue Beam on dying ally → pull them to safety
Threats:
- Haze Bullet Dance: 2000+ damage over 4s channel. With 650 HP, you cannot facetank this. Break line of sight with cover or use Metal Skin.
- Shiv Killing Blow: Execute damage scales with your missing HP. Stay topped off to reduce the execute threshold.
- Wraith Full Auto: High sustained DPS with Card Trick burst. Position behind terrain; don't stand in open sightlines.
- Silence effects prevent Tag Along escape
- AoE damage hits you while attached (you share position with ally)
Solutions:
- Position behind cover and near walls for escape routes
- Stay aware of enemy ability cooldowns before attaching
- Don't attach to diving allies against heavy AoE comps
- Spirit Shielding auto-barrier helps absorb burst
- Ethereal Shift only if you're consistently caught by unavoidable channels
