What are you doing well as a pair programmer and collaborator?
- I am seeing my strengths and weaknesses and working on them during each of my group projects. I try to see things from my partner's eyes. I don't narrow in and think everything needs to be done my way.
How do you use your strengths as a team member?
- I am adaptable and flexible. This make sures my team feels valued and that their ideas and strengths are used just as much as I mine.
How would you like to continue to develop your strengths?
- Continuing to work on projects with diverse people and face different challenges and situations.
What would you like to improve on as a teammate?
- I feel like sometimes I try to be too flexible and let my teammates determine how do we things. I need to speak up and use my ideas more.
How would you like your teammates to see you?
- As a reliable and hardworking member. So many project partners only want to do things their way, and it is wearing me down. I would hope my teammates would value my opinions, but normally they're only worried about their own.
